To be eligible for reimbursement, you must do the following: Call us at 1-888-878-7495 within 30 days of purchase (product issues not declared within 30 days of purchase are not entitled to a refund). You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which should be clearly written on the outside of the package. To receive your refund, you must postmark your return within 30 days of purchase date. Our shipping department does NOT accept any packages without an RMA number. You must pay for return shipping.

We will not accept or issue a refund for any packages marked return to sender or refused. If you return a package, we recommend that you get proof of shipment. Upon receipt of your returned product with a valid RMA number, a refund will be issued to your credit card for a full refund of the purchase price including shipping and processing. Please allow one or two billing cycles for the return amount to be posted to your payment account.
DAMAGED SHIPPED ITEMS
Regardless of the careful packaging methods we use to protect products during shipment, from time to time, damages may occur which are beyond our control. We assure you that if an order is damaged during shipment, it will be replaced and promptly sent to you at no additional cost. In the event this should occur, please follow these instructions to replace damaged products:
- Call NanoCor Health Customer Service at 1-888-878-7495.
- Retain shipping carton and damaged product to insure a claim with the delivery carrier.
- All claims must be filed with NanoCor Health within 5 days of receipt of package. After 5 days, the delivery carrier may state they are not be responsible for damaged products.
